Chempricehub, August 25 - On August 25, Panjin Ruide Chemical Co., Ltd.'s phthalic anhydride plant, with a capacity of 100,000 tons/year, has resumed operations and holds limited inventory. The quoted price for phthalic anhydride is 9,100 yuan/ton, up 100 yuan/ton from the previous level.
