Chempricehub, September 9 - On September 9, Tongling Chemical Industry Group, with an annual phthalic anhydride (PA) capacity of 80,000 tons, has its o-xylene-based PA plant operating normally. The company is currently not quoting for PA, while actual transaction prices have risen. Supply is tight, and sales are limited. For firm orders, details are negotiable.
