On July 6, Zhenjiang Liancheng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. reported a normal operation of its phthalic anhydride plant, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons. The phthalic anhydride offered price is 7,950 RMB/ton, down 150 RMB/ton from the previous level.
