On July 31, Zhejiang Petrochemical's phenol price was set at 8,350 RMB/ton, ex-works at Jiangyin warehouse. Both the Phase I 650,000 tons/year phenol-ketone unit and the Phase II 650,000 tons/year phenol-ketone unit are operating normally, with moderate inventory levels, and shipments are mainly to contracted phenol users for captive use and external supply.
