On July 2, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 2-million-ton-per-annum underground mining project at the Malucao Phosphate Mine, operated by Guizhou Jinxing Mining Co., Ltd.—a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kingenta Group—was held in Weng'an County, Guizhou Province. Once operational, the project will progressively establish an integrated industrial chain system covering "phosphate rock mining—beneficiation—phosphoric acid—high-value-added phosphorus chemical products—comprehensive utilization of solid waste."
