Chempricehub, August 13 - On August 13, Changzhou Xinyang's phthalic anhydride plant has a capacity of 100,000 tons. The plant's operating rate is around 50%, with low inventory. The phthalic anhydride quotation is 9,150 RMB/ton, up 50 RMB/ton from the previous level, with limited order acceptance.
