On August 11, Tongling Chemical Industry Group's phthalic anhydride capacity stands at 80,000 tons/year. Its o-xylene-based phthalic anhydride unit has resumed operation. The ex-works quotation for phthalic anhydride is 9,000 CNY/ton, down 100 CNY/ton from the previous level, with small-lot shipments available.
