July 14 Yanzhou Coal Group Methanol Auction Results:
Yankuang Guohong methanol competitive bidding sale: Final transaction price at 2,470 CNY/ton, ex-factory cash settlement. The 640,000-ton/year coal-to-methanol plant is operating with three gasifiers in service.
Yulin Yanzhou Coal methanol auction: Starting price at 2,170 CNY/ton, with a total volume of 3,000 tons. All volumes were successfully transacted at 2,180–2,185 CNY/ton. The company’s Phase I (600,000-ton/year) and Phase II (800,000-ton/year) methanol plants are both operating steadily.
