Chempricehub, September 2 - The mainstream spot quotation range for xylene in the East China market stood at 8,000-8,050 CNY/ton, down 50 CNY/ton from the previous trading day. On the previous trading day, spot prices of toluene and xylene rose; with overnight crude oil continuing to strengthen and domestic spot supply of these two aromatics remaining tight, holders showed strong intentions to support prices and were reluctant to sell, leading the spot market to continue its upward trend today.
