On August 26, the following butadiene auction and sales updates were reported from selected domestic enterprises: Dongming Petrochemical offered 196 tons for external sale at a starting price of 12,300 yuan/ton; Satellite Chemical offered 336 tons for external sale at a starting price of 12,200 yuan/ton. The butadiene market experienced narrow adjustments. As spot prices climbed to higher levels, downstream purchasing sentiment was dampened, with most participants adopting a wait-and-see stance.
