China's titanium dioxide imports declined year-on-year in the first seven months of 2026

According to customs statistics, from January to July 2026, China's cumulative imports of titanium dioxide totaled approximately 37,300 metric tons, a year-on-year decrease of 20.61%. By process, imports of chloride-process titanium dioxide amounted to 22,593.43 metric tons, down 21.72% compared with the same period last year; imports of sulfate-process titanium dioxide amounted to 14,752.13 metric tons, a year-on-year decline of 18.84%.
