On June 9, Zhejiang Petrochemical raised its phenol price by 200 RMB/ton to 8,000 RMB/ton (ex-works Jiangyin warehouse), effective from June 9. Both the 650,000-ton/year phenol-acetone unit (Phase I) and the 650,000-ton/year phenol-acetone unit (Phase II) are operating normally with moderate inventory levels. External phenol supply is primarily allocated to contract customers, with the remainder used for captive consumption.
