On September 22, Zhejiang Petrochemical reduced its phenol price by RMB 200/ton to RMB 9,200/ton, ex-works at the Jiangyin depot. Both Phase I (650,000 tons/year) and Phase II (650,000 tons/year) phenol-acetone units are operating normally. Inventory levels remain moderate, with sales primarily directed toward contract customers for non-self-consumption volumes.
