On September 20, the ex-plant settlement price of phenol from Liuhua Yi Weiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. was set at RMB 9,250 per ton, effective from 14:20 on the same day. According to reports, the company’s two integrated phenol/acetone units with a combined capacity of 700,000 tons per year are operating normally and shipping products as scheduled.
