The filing for the 200,000 t/a acrylic acid project in Shandong has been completed.

Chempricehub, August 19. Recently, the filing for the 200,000 tons/year acrylic acid project of Shandong Rongdatong New Materials was completed. The project will be implemented in two phases. Phase I involves the construction of 12,000 m² of buildings, along with a 100,000 tons/year acrylic acid unit and two 50,000 tons/year purified acrylic acid units, supported by tank farms, environmental protection facilities, and various utilities. Phase II will add production units of the same scale, with all utilities and auxiliary facilities relying on those built in Phase I. Upon full completion, the project will have a total acrylic acid capacity of 200,000 tons/year.
