Recently, the Shanghai Xingfu 40,000-ton/year ultra-high purity electronic chemicals project was officially put into operation in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park. With a total investment of 793 million yuan, the project has built specialized production lines for electronic-grade sulfuric acid and functional electronic chemicals. Leveraging Shanghai's well-established integrated circuit industry ecosystem, it will provide stable, high-quality ultra-high purity electronic chemicals for chip manufacturers in the Yangtze River Delta region, further strengthening the localization of key materials for regional integrated circuit production.
