On July 8, Sinopec East China adjusted its diethylene glycol (DEG) quotes upward by 200 yuan/ton. The quotation from Shanghai Petrochemical is 8,050 yuan/ton, with the plant operating at low load. The quotations from Yangzi Petrochemical and Yangzi BASF are 8,250 yuan/ton, with Yangzi BASF's 340,000-ton/year facility operating at approximately 40% capacity.
