The mainstream toluene quoted price range in the Shandong region is 5,800–5,830 yuan/ton, down 20 yuan/ton from the previous trading day. Recently, the domestic toluene and xylene markets have experienced a decline. Although current domestic inventories remain low, providing some support to prices, downstream demand continues to be persistently weak. Amid the tug-of-war between bullish and bearish factors, the market is expected to maintain a pattern of weak consolidation.
