Recently, it has been reported that Shandong Haiyun Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. has invested 2.34 billion yuan to construct a project with an annual production capacity of 900,000 tons of high-grade carbon materials and 820,000 tons of waste heat steam comprehensive recycling utilization. The project is scheduled to commence construction in December 2026 and will be completed and put into operation in December 2028.
