On September 1, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported that its DBP and DIBP units, with a combined annual capacity of 240,000 tons, were operating normally. The quoted price for DBP was RMB 9,300/ton, up RMB 100/ton. Downstream customers showed generally moderate purchasing enthusiasm.
