Market conditions for toluene and mixed xylenes have weakened.

The mainstream spot price range for toluene in the East China region was quoted at CNY 8,350–8,400 per tonne, down by CNY 150 per tonne from the previous trading day. The domestic markets for toluene and mixed xylenes continued to weaken. During the session, international crude oil and aromatic futures fluctuated downward, weakening cost support. Petrochemical enterprises collectively lowered their ex-factory prices. Market participants exhibited strong bearish sentiment, while downstream procurement enthusiasm remained sluggish, resulting in thin trading activity within the market.
