Jiujiang Jiuhong Fluorine-Containing and Refrigerant Project Environmental Impact Assessment Public Notice

Chempricehub, July 10 – Recently, Jiujiang Jiuhong New Materials Co., Ltd. published the environmental impact assessment (EIA) public notice for Phase I of its fluorinated new materials and environmentally friendly refrigerants industrial project. This phase primarily involves the construction of raw material production facilities for fluorinated new materials. The main construction scale includes: a cross-provincial capacity transfer unit for 150,000 tons/year of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda; a new unit for 100,000 tons/year of ultra-high-purity chloromethanes; a 60,000 tons/year carbon tetrachloride conversion unit; a 100,000 tons/year evaporation unit for 50% ion-exchange membrane caustic soda (based on 100% NaOH); and a 100,000 tons/year 25% hydrochloric acid unit.
