Fluorspar market prices in Zhejiang rose on August 21.

On August 21, the fluorspar market in Zhejiang region saw prices rise. Currently, the mainstream ex-works price (including tax) for 97% fluorspar wet powder is reported at 3,600–3,700 yuan/ton. Inventory levels among local merchants are moderate, while sales activity is generally average. Recently, hydrofluoric acid producers have mainly purchased on a need-to basis, and hydrofluoric acid prices have been increasing. Prices are expected to continue fluctuating upward in the later period.
