Chempricehub, September 11 – On September 11, the acetic acid price in Jiangsu was around RMB 3,950/mt, up RMB 200/mt. Inventories at acetic acid producers were low, feedstock methanol provided strong support, market participants were highly bullish, downstream purchasing followed on a need-to basis, and the acetic acid market was on a strong upward trend.
