Binhua New Materials (Hubei) plans to construct a 100,000 t/a epichlorohydrin (ECH) unit using the hydrogen peroxide route in Songzi, Hubei Province. The total investment is approximately RMB 800 million. The plant is expected to commence commercial operation in Q3 2028, with construction scheduled to start in June 2027.
