On September 14, Shijiazhuang Bailong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported that its phthalic anhydride (PA) plant, with a production capacity of 80,000 tons per year, is operating normally. Inventory levels are limited, with the majority of output allocated for internal consumption. The company quoted PA at RMB 10,200/ton, representing an increase of RMB 200/ton from previous levels.
