Chempricehub, September 15 — Recently, Tianjin Capchem Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. announced plans to invest RMB 170 million in the Phase III construction of its semiconductor chemicals project at the Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone. The project will have an annual production capacity of 40,000 metric tons of electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide, with a byproduct output of 12,500 metric tons per year of industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide.
