On May 19, equipment installation and construction for Phase I of the project were underway at the construction site of the Xingfa Baogu Phosphorus Chemical Industrial Park in the Gucheng Economic Development Zone, Hubei Province. The industrial park is being developed in two phases, with the goal of becoming the largest full-chain phosphorus chemical industry base in central China.
