Recently, the Hubei Government Service Network published the filing information for the Environmental Impact Report on the upgrade and expansion of the organic silicon new materials project by Hubei Junjian New Materials Co., Ltd. The project involves the renovation and expansion of the "20,000 tons/year organic silicon new materials project." A new production line for 2,500 tons/year of acidic crosslinkers and 500 tons/year of coupling agents, along with related equipment, will be constructed. The processes in the second and third workshops will be optimized, with updates to equipment such as reactors and distillation kettles. In the sixth workshop, additional equipment such as absorption towers and heat exchangers will be installed. The process in the fourth workshop will be optimized to enable an annual production capacity of 200 tons of methylpropyldiethoxysilane.
