On June 11, Changzhou Xinyang's phthalic anhydride plant, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, was operating at less than 50% capacity with low inventory. The quoted price for phthalic anhydride was 8,750 RMB/ton, down 30 RMB/ton from the previous quotation.
